Pro - Nice and clean room, Breakfast Con - Location Booked this hotel thought it is the one at Central London as they have the same name. I stayed there for 8 nights. In general, it is nice little hotel. Luckily I had one of the quiet rooms on the 3rd floor. The front desk staffs are very helpful and...

The locals and bar staff are excellent, however the manager quoted what do you expect from a free breakfast, dreadful breakfast the worst ever it consisted of salad, scones finger cakes, non branded cereals, offal sausages, cardboard hash browns, rubber eggs and sugary baked beans. The fruit selection was excellent

Good Afternoon, Thank you very much for choosing Ruskin Hotel. My name is James Pararajan and I am the only manager in this business. I think the person that you spoke to was not myself. Can you please send me an email to james.pararajan@ruskinhotels.co.uk as I am keen to have this rectified. I would like to apologize in advance for...

Stayed May 17, solo on Business. Positives + Secure car parking. + Rooms are spacious for London. + Fairly accessible to tube line (10 min walk). + Easily accessible to pub with well priced drinks. Negatives - Bed was awful. Not a double - 2 singles zipped together. As someone with lower back issues I'm in real pain today. -...

Second stay at the Ruskin and we were given a room with a new memory foam mattress - really very comfortable indeed. The room was spacious and clean, tea and coffee making, safe, TV and WIFI. The breakfast is copious with many options including British and continental items and fresh fruit...eat as much as you like. It's a 10+ min...

We stayed here whilst my husband ran the London marathon. The hotel was clean and tidy and so we're the rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. We would definitely visit again. Thanks.

I usually don't write reviews, let alone negative ones, however I felt I needed to make sure others were warned about the frequent noise disruption from and outside of the hotel. Whilst I can't fault them for choosing the location, it is still a very noisy one, with buses constantly going by, drunks screaming at night, and cars blasting their...

Good Afternoon, Thank you very much for choosing Ruskin Hotel. I would like to apologize for the noise that you experienced during your stay with us. Ruskin Hall is in the basement and fitted with a noise limiter that has been installed specifically to protect the local residents. This has also been signed off by the council. If there was...

In our opinion this hotel is nothing classy but functional. The rooms are clean but basic. The beds are pretty poor and the shower door had seen better days but the room did the job. The breakfast is comprehensive in choice but again the quality is low. The 24hr reception was good and they held our luggage all day which...

Good Afternoon, Thank you very much for choosing Ruskin Hotel. Our hotel is in the process of upgrading the beds to state of the art memory foam. The mattresses are tested on a weekly basis to ensure that they are fit for purpose. According to the manufacturer, the current mattress has plenty of years left as they were newly purchased...

A very pleasant surprise in Newham. Comfortable beds. A few light bulbs out and broken shower fixing hence 4 stars but otherwise super. The breakfast was excellent value with plenty of choice. Great value. 10 minute walk to East Ham tube station.
