The Kensington studio is a very good option when visiting London, the only point that could be better is the Internet, where the signal is not so much strong, but there location, cleaning, accommodation and staff are very nice.

I stayed here with my mum for one night on 13th December. When we arrived there had been a mix up and the twin room that we had booked had been given to someone else, while we had been allocated a double room. This would not have been so much of a problem, except that the twin room was actually...

I was very anxious about this establishment as the rental was so affordable. I was delightfully surprised when I arrived. As many of the reviews indicated - this is an excellent, spacious, clean, warm place to stay. I was in London for business and the studio was perfect. While there is no easy chair in the room, the comfort level...

Lovely little hotel. Basic but great value for money. Very quiet, comfortable beds and maintained to a high standard. Very clean. Staff were very helpful but also not intrusive. Will definitely stay here again

Just had the one night as we were attending a convention at Olympia for two days. The room was small, but perfectly fine for one night, and very very clean. Only a five minute walk to Olympia, so the location was perfect for us. There was everything we needed in the room, including fridge, tea, coffee, mini kitchen, TV etc,...

Arrived early on the Sunday and staff were very helpful and allowed us access to our room to store our luggage. Booked the family room, it's was a reasonable size, in good decor and the kitchen and shower room were all well appointed. Location is good for trains or buses into the centre of London. Left on Wednesday and staff...

I very much enjoy being at the prpoerty, near many transportation points, and has the advantage to walk to West Field shopping center. The only issue is that I've requested twin bed room but they give us a double one but they solve it with bringing extra bed to the room as the room was spacious.

Finally found hotel, after first arriving at the Kensington Suites just up the road.....my error, but at least they had a name outside! First impressions good, although surprised that we'd been given twin beds when I'd specified double. The kitchen area very well hidden and great if staying a few days. However, the shower room was very dirty in the...
