The owners are very welcoming and chock full of stories and bits of interesting information about the surrounding area - Muswell Hill. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. If you're looking to stay outside of the center city, this is a place to consider.

We were in London to go and see The Masters (snooker) at Alexandra Palace. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed. The whole stay there was nothing but kindness in the house where we were staying. The breakfast was really good and healthy as well! Overall, the B&B greatly contributed to a very nice holiday in London!

We arrived at Rhodes Avenue New Years Day for a couple of nights. We booked due to the location to Alexandra Palace where we had booked to see the Worlds Darts Final. We had a lovely warm welcome to a clean, bright and airy home. We were made to feel at ease from the outset. The room was beautifully light...

My wife and I and our teenage daughter stayed with Elli and Haya for 3 nights over Christmas, close to our relations in Muswell Hill. We had the most wonderful time with Elli and Haya who are generous and considerate to a fault, our rooms were perfect, and the beautifully presented nourishing and tasty breakfasts were out of this world....

After staying here with my wife in August 2015, I posted a review and indicated that we would be back. (https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g186338-d3296471-r302694523-Rhodes_Avenue_Homestay_B_B-London_England.html) Everything stated in the earlier review still applies, and I am sure that we will return again on our next trip to London. Wonderful breakfasts, delightful hosts (Elli and Haya), a quiet residential neighborhood that is proximate to quaint...

An absolutely fantastic B&B. We loved the location, warm welcome, excellent room, amazing breakfasts and first class service from Elli and Haya. They went an extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They helped us with dinner suggestions. We stayed at their lovely place for a couple of days, visiting our daughter who lives in London and...

I stayed at the Rhodes Avenue B&B for a few nights and found the accommodation to be homely, comfortable and clean. The room allowed me privacy as well as options to interact with Eli and Haya and garner some really great information about London that you can only get from a local. The room was stylishly decorated and the bathroom...

My wife and I stayed here with our three-month-old son, and it was one of the best B & B's I've ever stayed in. The owners, Elli and Haya, were the perfect hosts--friendly, conversational, funny, but always discreet and considerate. The breakfasts were wonderful--only partly English: yes, the crumpets and the porridge were there, but to our surprise there was...
