    Reasonable price for a central location. Located on Gower Street, 5 minutes from Euston station. No lift to third floor but that's fairly standard in London hotels in similar buildings. Room was clean. Toilet was a bit cramped but the large shower made up for...More

    In a nice location, easy for access to station, shops and theatres. Room very hot air-con did not cool. Quiet room. Duvets filthy. Breakfast in a dingy basement. Bacon overcooked with black specks and dried fat.

    Without doubt this is the smallest room I have ever stayed in as the photos show. The loo had no been cleaned and had the remnants of the previous guest which had to be cleaned after I found it. The bed was in my opinion...More

    The staff on Reception were very helpful upon checking in considering I got my booking wrong. I had to pay more though. My room was standard single small with a window though but don't have one on the front which I requested as very noisy....More

    Stayed here for one night, in room G2 on the ground floor. At first I was worried because it was right by the stairs but the room was quite well soundproofed. Plus, there was a standing oscillating fan, which helped to drown out external noise....More

    hi sounds like you had a terrible experience also,but you have posted it to the wrong person.i do not have anything to do with the hotel..we stayed there in September and we didn't enjoy it either.
