Having seen some pretty awful reviews I was dreading my stay however I was pleasantly surprised. I had a tripe room (207) to myself which is probably why I am not complaining about the room space - I thought the room price was reasonable for London and also how central it was. Decor was nice. The bed was so comfortable...

Honestly, I'm not one to complain but I've just left the hotel without breakfast as the staff were VERY rude. I asked if I could have a cooked breakfast & she looked at me like a piece of dirt on the ground! Breakfast is meant to be at 7:30am & it was 7:19am...she very RUDLY said it would be another...

Hotel is central and the cleanness is above average. Be careful that hotel has rooms on basement and does not offer intercontinental breakfast buffet. Only the typical English breakfast and the breakfast room is always full as it is small.

Lovely room, helpful reception staff and good location. We were supposed to have breakfast on both of the days but decided against it after the first day as the staff made everything seem really rushed. We went for breakfast about an hour before it shut and it was in a very small room which was cramped full of tables. It...

Stayed one night as travelling to Scotland the next day. The room layout was a little strange which made placing the suitcases difficult. However it is an old building and planning hotel rooms around the original floorplan would have been difficult. The shower was fabulous however the bathroom was tiny and had a glass panel in the door. Since I...

Spent a night here last week with a friend, room was rather small but did the job -the en suit in the room we stayed in is tiny however both were clean and tidy. There are also coffee/tea making facilities and you get free wifi and a 32 inch flatscreen tv. You also get a full size wardrobe with a...

I stayed here for 3 nights, with my daughter, in town for a conference across the street at the university, which came recommended for the convenience. The reception area could be nicer, it has several stains on the couch, but the reception people were friendly and helpful. However, in the room, there was nowhere to hang our towels, and we...

Stayed here as close to where I was working it said it was 4 stars at £125 however when I was there it felt like a cheap B and B... Rooms were clean but the paintwork was very tired with dirty net curtains.... The brown carpets made it feel even more tired... Won't be recommending it.,,
