I really cannot fault this place, comfortable beds, high spec room and the food was teriffic, we decided to eat at the hotel for dinner and the breakfast the following day and it was faultless.. I found the staff very helpful and friendly and would definately recommend this place to others. The location is superb.

Having stayed at this property before I was a bit underwhelmed by our most recent stay. The property has definitely aged in terms of both decor (it seems that a renovation is coming soon, if not soon enough - our side chair was discolored on the arms which is atypical at best) and ability. The lounge no longer serves breakfast...

Pros: front office staff is really good, very helpfull and pleasant. DLR station next to hotel and underground station Canary Wahrf only 5 minute walk. Many restaurant options near hotel although most of them are of a mediocre quality. Gym is good and open 24 hrs. Hotel is clean. Lobby bar is pleasant. Cons: Hotel room looks worn and is...

Another great thanks to all the staff at Marriott West India Quay who always go above and beyond our expectations. We have stayed in Marriott Park Lane before and although it's better for West End Shopping we always have an amazing stay here. Debosri is an absolute gem and hope she stays at this hotel for many years to come....

Stayed at the London Marriott west India Quay for almost a week last November `16 and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Besides being very conveniently located in the Canary Wharf area, and the rooms and amenities aligned to the expectations one would have from a brand like Marriott, the singular factor that i really appreciate was the warm service of the...

Next to dlr line. Near jubilee line. Next to main A road. Good amenities nearby. Great breakfast. Service is good. Many restaurants nearby. You need to request daily thorough cleaning as that is done every other day. Good with children and safety. Complimentary extra beds for children.

We celebrated New year's last year around this property. It's a very underrated Hotel. The West India Quay closeby is very calm and peaceful. Proximity to DLR station is an added plus. The staff was very courteous and our visit as a family was pleasant

Brilliant and friendly staff who were very welcoming. Lovely spacious room, but unfortunately it was cold, and the heating (left on for 3 hours when we went out in the evening) didn't appear to work properly. Also we found the beds to be very soft for our liking and consequently didn't sleep too well. The hotel is very convenient for...
