I hardly ever leave reviews but felt compelled to do in this case! We travelled to London to celebrate a friends birthday and wanted a reasonably priced hotel which was not too far from St Pancras. Saw this and it already had good reviews so decided to book it. From the moment we stepped through the door the staff could... More

We stayed at the Zetter for a big birthday weekend. The rooftop terrace room was fabulous and lived up to expectations with thoughtful design details (not a big room, but really nicely done) and a spectacular view. Staff were all excellent and went the extra mile to be welcoming and friendly. We had a big family meal in the restaurant... More

This was a one night stay on business. I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff who couldn't be faulted. I stayed on the fifth floor, in their deluxe rooms but whilst I had a good nights sleep, the layout of the room was slightly odd - a mix of levels and the lighting was over bright or... More

The modern decor are stunning and the location is probably the best in London if you looking for a quiet area and full of character. The stuff were friendly and attentive, really helpful in every our requirement. The room was simply splendid, big enough for two and with... More

This modern hotel in the Clerkenwell District near St. John’s Square is comfortable in an odd way. We arrived and above the sliding glass door is a huge red Z. Inside, it is done in sleek, reflective glass walls, shiny steel and red details. There’s a dining area up a few stairs to the right, and further to the right... More

Really enjoyed my stay here. Easy to access central London by bus, tube and walking. Very quiet at the weekends. The staff were amazing and worked so well as a team to make sure our stay was memorable. A super tom overlooking the square and a relaxing wine bar. Definitely visit again.

Modern yet cosy room including standards (WLAN, hair dryer, minibar, safe, ...) as well as existential extras (fluffy bathrobe, warm-water bottle, and an umbrella). My room was clean and quiet. Excellent staff.

Great value, location and service. The hotel feels like home away from home. Love the bar and restaurant and the extended hours of service. Rooms really comfortable. Good mini bar options and love the kitchen on each floor.

Staying in Clerkenwell

Neighbourhood Profile
Owing to its proximity to Smithfield Market – the site of an ancient meat market which remains in operation today – Clerkenwell boasts a plethora of globally renowned restaurants, fabulous local eateries, and some of London's favorite pubs. This isn't merely a focal point for all things foodie though. Spend enough time wondering through the area's maze of streets and you might become accustomed to the litany of slinky models passing between Clerkenwell's handful of fashion houses. Far outnumbering the models are craftspeople and designers, many of them are more than happy to welcome visitors into their studios and showrooms.
