Small things make a big difference. Decent coffee maker in the room, nice firm pillows, great lighting and an excellent shower. Selection at breakfast was also a nice surprise. 5 min walking distance from Victoria Station, good access to all the main sights.

Both options are available. I forgot to select breakfast option while booking so I paid there for breakfast.
