A very welcoming hotel that was staffed by individuals with a real feel for personal customer service. For a location in a busy part of London it was remarkably quiet and we would certainly use it again.

I know they guarantee a good nights sleep but was dubious but actually the bed was pretty comfortable for a change. We stayed two nights and ate both times at the hotel. The evening manager, Jazz, I found a little bit annoying. You had to order main and pudding (as we had the offer) at the same time which we...

I would have rated it 5 stars but the bedding let it down. The bottom sheet was tucked in at the top and sides but didn't reach the bottom of the bed so we could not tuck it in. So each morning we had a very wrinkled sheet under us. There is no top sheet and a very thick duvet....

Glazing not adequate enough. 6 trains every 5 minutes.. train-line running under room. £179 a night. This was a family room and I fell really sorry for any family that might have booked this for a few days. The quality of sleep is non existent. The rate is just not acceptable.

Centrally located, a 5 minute walk from Earls Court Underground Station and 10 minutes to Gloucester Road Station. A friendly welcome from lovely, smiling staff who were more than happy to help and kept our luggage secure for the day when we had checked out. Spotlessly clean throughout. Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
