This place is absolutely vile!
Staff so rude. The room was so rotton and dirty and even had dirty socks and fag butts on the balcony outside. Worst place I've ever stayed in London

This hotel is very clean and staff were friendly, but photos are very misleading our room was tiny and was bathroom, sink wasn’t even big enough to have a wash in , the room was so hot we had to sleep with the window open and...More
Great location, reasonable price, lovely reception but then you get to the rooms. The quality of the beds is terrible, the mattresses are so old you can feel every spring and the rooms need upgrading to achieve even the mid range star rating it has....More
Great hotel for a couple nights break, we had a convention at the Olympia and it's around a 15minute walk. Rooms are small but you get bottled water, toiletries and a change of towels daily so cannot complain for the price we paid.

United Kingdom > England > London > South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
