Stayed at this hotel for three nights and was fairly impressed. Firstly when we arrived the gentleman on reception was pleasant, took our passports for photo copying, gave us room keys and told us all the info we needed to know. We had room one which was down the most scariest set of stairs ever. With a 30kg suitcase it...

Had to stop here overnight due to business appointments. It was cheap compared to other hotels in the same area (and Wimbledon is currently on!), clean room and the continental breakfast was good. Toast and coffee brought to my table as well as your standard choice of cereals, yoghurts, fruit etc. They even asked if I wanted more coffee or...

Recently stayed for one night whilst on a business trip. Ideal if you want to stay around Paddington. Room was rather small, however very clean and comfortable. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Disappointing breakfast though!

Great location in paddington, a really easy walk from the heathrow express even with heavy bags. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and a decent size for hotels in that area. Breakfast was continental with good coffee.

There are a host of hotels in this area of London (2 mins walk to Paddington Station) and I have stayed in a few over the years when travelling on business and pleasure, but this is by far the best. The location is great of course but what sets it apart from the others is the quality of the room/amenities...

I liked the area that this hotel was in, and it is very handy for Paddington station. The rooms were very clean and trendy if a bit small - I had a double double for some reason, and I'm not sure you could get 4 people in there, if that's what you wanted! I don't think you could have got...

Poor check in attitude. Forgot to give me a key! Got to the room and found it a bit low rent, it's like a static caravan in here.. Plastic bathroom with tiny shower and a shower curtain which I hate. Glass doors are much easier to keep clean. No tea or coffee in the room. Tiny TV which had the...

The room was nice. But, we stayed in a second floor room and there's no elevator, just stairs (just to have in mind for the moment of carrying luggage to the room) . The bathroom was really small. Staff was kind. The hotel is well located, close to Paddington and Lancaster stations.

Hotel very near Paddington station, two minute walk away, directions from hotel website, spot on. Hotel, clean, tidy and all staff polite and helpful. Double room small, but plenty of room for one. Breakfast room, again small but clean tidy and helpful staff on hand for your every need, although only continental, would put many a four star hotel to...

My friend and I chose the Omega for its prime location (five-minute walk from Paddington, terminus of the Heathrow Express, and close to major bus routes) and its reasonable rates. The place is spotless and well cared for; the rooms are small and Spartan, the beds comfortable. There is no lift; be advised that single rooms are on the top...
