We stayed for 5 days and our experience was quite good, only a few issues to improve. Firstly, no shampoo, only soaps, that is indeed something that must be changed. Secondly, and most important, for the youth particularly, the wifi service must be payed per hour (1£), what? I think that the price of the room should cover a free...

Managed to book a brilliant cheap room for one night here whilst visiting London. Hotel is very easy to find coming out of station at Paddington. Reception was very helpful even on late arrival, as we only checked in late at night. Breakfast was included, not the most amazing choice but still lovely and fresh. Very pleased considering the price...

The location is great but the hotel is quite old and not clean. At the entry you can see 4 big leather couches that are so ugly and makes you fell right away at a bad quality place. the reception was rude because we had no vouchers printed. He was not helpful at all. You have no wifi so you...

The room is basic, small, cheap, very comfortable. I used it to be close to Paddington to get the Heathrow Express due to tube strike. Book here if you want CHEAP, great location, basic, clean, comfortable and a place to store your bags and sleep. That's what it's for and by London standards it is cheap, cheap, cheap. Bathroom spotless,...

Of all the hotels I've booked during my business trips into london, this was the one i was dreading. However, don't run off just yet.. Surprisingly, although reception doesn't look that appealing or modern, i think this property is going through some modernisation. I booked a single room 336 which has been modernised as you can see from the photos....

Alexandra hotel is a good hotel, I advice this for its position, few metres from central paddinton station. The room was clean, i advice this hotel especially to young people for a short trip in London. Only breakfast was nothing especial but aceptable, for its price.

Chose the cheapest room in London so did not expect much, but presently surprised. Ideal location and great value for money. Staff helpful and to say it included a continental breakfast could not fault it. Would stay again. They even kept our bags safe after check out while we walked round London

When I'd read some reviews about the hotel, I was getting worried by negative opinions. However that concern proved unfounded when my wife and I visited there in reality. The room we stayed was 243 located on the 4th floor. To my relief, there was a lift next to the reception desk. The room was spacious enough for us to...

My wife and I just returned from a two night stay in this hotel. It was not expensive so we didn't expect much. But it is value for money. The beds are reasonably comfortable in small rooms and breakfast was basic. Our room was up 4 flights of stairs and was across the road from the reception. None of these...
