Stayed here for 4 nights. Let's start with the good points. Room rate can be cheap if book early & select promotion code. Location is near hyde park. It is not far from oxford street. However, both room & toilet are small. Dont expect much service. Reception not very friendly.

Stayed here for one night and were given room 402 which was in the basement. Room looked recently refurbished and was clean modern and had everything we needed. Cou,d have done with a couple of pictures on the walls as looked a bit bare. Please be careful at breakfast time as upon reading the brochure in the room it states... More

Rooms a very very very very small! Fine if you just need somewhere to put your head down at wife. My wife is sitting beside me saying it's quirky, I still say small! Close to Paddington underground. Good shower but tiny bathroom. OK for the money

Very impressive-looking reception, but the rooms don't really add up to that. The room was small but good. Clean bathroom. Nice staff. Downsides: Very small bed. Super slow WiFi. Don't take the breakfast, not worth the 5 pounds.

Got a family room in basement, had to have 2 staff members try to unlock/lock it, the lock needs to be replaced. People speaking loudly for over an hour at night and I tried to all to complain at 10:30pm, room phone didn't work. Had to walk upstairs to complain because there's no signal in the basement on two different... More

Swift book in and book out. Receptionist was nice and gave us the information we required. We were on the top floor but able to use the lift and therefore not an issue. A bit tired in places but work in progress as areas are being done up. Room was great, two single beds big tv, plenty of tea/coffee and... More

Was dreading coming here after I read some of the reviews, how wrong I was. Room was spotless, (402)only complaint I have is the pillows are way too soft-staff couldn't have been nicer. It is abit tired looking in some areas but there is signs up telling you that they are in the middle of doing it up. Any other... More

This is my second stay at Abbey Court Hotel. The first time I had a double room on the second floor. This time I had a single room on the fifth floor. The single room was adequate, small but clean and had everything I required. As I was on the fifth floor and I found it rather claustrophobic climbing the narrow... More

The room was warm but large window meant we could open... More
