Grand Plaza apartments give you the independence and catering flexibility of your own home together with the comfort and service of a 4* hotel. Think of us as your home, but with cleaning, catering, porters and reception staff thrown in. Serviced apartments are the new direction for the hotel industry. They provide a ready made home rather than a ready made room. Each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen. You choose whether to enjoy your own home cooking or try the Grand Plaza Breakfast or visit one of the myriad of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel (or heat up a takeaway!) Grand Plaza is the largest Hotel/Apartment complex in Bayswater. We won the 2009 award for best serviced apartments in London as a result of votes from the readers of Business Destinations Magazine. We accommodate more people each day (tourist, leisure, romantic and business) than any other Serviced Apartment Hotel in the area.We are located in the centre of the West End overlooking the precise type of garden square which Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts climbed into in the Golden Globe nominated film, Notting Hill! We look forward to providing you with a home in central London.

Our 4 nights stay at Grand Plaza was remarkable due to its strategic location situated at Central London. The amenities in the Quad Studio room are well equipped with kitchenette and fridge.Although the space of Quad Studio is small for family of 4, the bed is big and comfortable. Definitely will consider this place again for future travel.

Absolutely disappointed after me and my Son got injured on the nail that was still hanging out the bath tub. Extremely poor presentation and workmanship but it seems another staff haven’t noticed it. I cut my leg quite badly and had to go to hospital as it cuts quite deeply into my skin. My jeans are ripped along with my sons foot who luckily got a away just a cut. This is a surprise for my daughter which ended in Harror

We booked a 14-night stay in this property and found that the room was totally different from what the pictures shown at Booking.com. in terms of space standard and arrangement, furniture and decoration. We asked to change room and the hotel refused. We asked to shorten our stay by half and be refunded by half we had paid and the hotel refused.

The Grand Plaza Apartments exceeded our expectations. We booked to stay for one night in a family suite, and due to a delay in getting a PCR test back, had to delay, then cancel and then rebook. The lady in reservations was kind, understanding and extremely accommodating given the situation, and made us feel really welcome. The rooms were spacious, tidy and clean- and the free hot croissants delivered to our door in the morning for breakfast were the icing on the cake. Thoroughly recommend for excellent value for money - particularly for bigger families with 4 kids like ours wanting to visit London. Huge thanks again to the staff at Grand Plaza for great service and a great stay.

Central location close to tube station & buses & staff all pleasant & friendly in hotel. Food & drink all close to Bayswater or Queensway tube station & very close to Kensington park & Princess Diana’s statue in the sunken gardens. Great Chinese carry out at Queensway.
