Lovely night at the hotel. Slightly out of the way if you're doing a London show. Overall a really nice quality hotel, excellent service, really good breakfast although it wasn't busy when we went down for breakfast but can imagine it could get a bit congested if there were more people.

Great location for most attractions. Couldn't ask anymore of the staff, all very friendly and helpful. We did have a problem with the hot water but it was dealt with quickly and we got 4 free drinks from the bar😃

Stayed in the hotel for couple nights stay for long weekend in London with my wife. Hotel is in walking distance from Westminster abbey and on a beautiful day provides easy access to the river bank. However distance to the nearest metro station is long and therefore it is not best accessible with public transport.

Received a friendly greeting on arrival from the reception staff. Room was warm, clean and quite spacious. Breakfast in the hotel was plentiful and good quality of everything that was on offer. We stopped off for a drink in the Millbank bar, where again the staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Trying too hard to be gadget focussed. No tv. Who wants to watch an Apple Mac? Inconsistency of rooms - some USB ports, others not. Noisey air con. Room ok. Bigger than some in London. Bed decent. No individual soaps which is a basic.

Stayed one night in a Queen Executive Room on the 11th Floor. Public areas are modern and clean, with water available by reception and also a little tiny shop selling snacks and a cash point in the lobby. All staff encountered friendly enough. Offered a suite at check in for HHonors upgrade price of £100 - we didn't bother because...

The beds are not comfortable but the worst thing was the 12.5% addition to the already extortionate prices in the bar even when you go to the bar yourself.!!!!! It might not matter to your expenses account but not good for individuals on holiday.

The room was very disappointing, cheap furnishings and not much more then a travelodge. Comfy beds and blackout curtains and climate control is the only positive I can say. The mac being TV on desk in corner the room was a joke, very uncomfortable to relax and watch television as small and far away in corner. Bad plaster work around the...

Staying in Westminster

Neighbourhood Profile
Westminster
If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square, and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just up the road as well. As captivating as the architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are highlights of the area too. St James's Park (arguably London's loveliest), the expansive Green Park, and pedestrian friendly tree lined paths along the river showcase the exquisite manicure provided by English gardeners. Just beyond the landmarks and the gorgeous outdoor spaces, quiet residential squares and age old local pubs offer a more subdued take on this global seat of power in the heart of London.
