Not a lot of good to say unfortunately. The hotel is noisy - walls and ceilings are thin so expect to hear plenty of noise. Very small rooms and photos are deceiving. The service, though flexible was not particularly friendly. One positive is that the kitchen staff were friendly, however the breakfast itself was rather basic. Certainly not much value...

Ok so this hotel is cheap but it's also not pleasent! You get sent to a hotel 7 doors up, my room was boiling hot. I asked numerous times to have a hairdryer that worked but mine just over heated and burnt out. The shower sprayed everywhere from all the holes in it but not over me. Got the bathroom...

We had high expectations of this hotel after looking at photos on their site, well photos lie. Firstly the shower was not attached to the wall so had to hold it while showering. We did tell the manager who said he would sort it but never did. Secondly the curtains did not meet the bottom of the window which looked...

I took time to chose carefully and pick a hotel as a gift for my daughters 30th birthday. On arrival my daughter and partner were informed ( without explanation) that they would be staying their sister hotel. The chosen hotel was very pokey and bed uncomfortable. I did email hotel to determine reason for move. However did not receive any...

There's no reception at this hotel. Instead there's a number and a doorbell on the front door. We were given our key card and told our room number. Going down to the room it smelt like gas. When we got in the room it had a funny smell to it as well. Almost like bad breath. First sight the room...

Was sent to a different hotel. Cosy room, central location. No reception. No details provided on complementary breakfast, so didn't get one. Grumpy man on reception telephone. Great for a place to sleep only. Will try some where else next time.

The service at this 'hotel' is appalling. The front door is closed and they have a number on the door that they ask you to call in order to get inside. When you call the number, nobody bothers to answer. IF you manage to get inside the building you will be told about breakfast being served 7 doors down the...

Stayed for 2 nights, due to an event at the Olympia. Checked into the Saphire Hotel, but they state that our room was at the Pearl hotel, 7 houses down. There is also another hotel next to the Pearl that they own. So it seems to be a 1 in 3 chance which hotel you actually stay at. Free wifi,...

If you are a single traveller and have work in hammersmith area, it would still be advisable to try out other numerous hotels across the street. There is no reception area, no waiting lounge area. Rooms are cosy but extremely small. Breakfast is served in another hotel, which may be linked to them. In fact that Hotel Emerald, seemed better...
