Stayed here for a night on a weekend getaway, the plan being to enjoy the shops, eateries and galleries around kings road. It was walking distance from everything we needed and great to wander a different part of London for a change. Hotel spot on for the price and we were very lucky to receive an upgrade so can't comment... More

I spent 4 nights in My Chelsea with my wife, on a pleasure trip to London. We were looking for a hotel with reasonable prices int eh Chelsea area and came across My Chelsea in booking.com. We were very pleasantly surprised because the room and hotel where well above our expectations. The room was much spacier than previous experiences we... More

Nice, clean hotel with everything you need for a night's stay. Pleasant area, relatively close to South Kensington tube station so within Zone 1. Nothing to dislike. If you want somewhere out of the main hustle and bustle but still be close enough to interesting places, this might be just the place for you.

I was traveling on a Rick Steves tour so this hotel was chosen for me. It is a great location from the tube stop but set back far enough that it was not as loud as it good be. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast room/gathering room was very inviting. Definitely recommend.

Shared a room and it turned out to be standing room only. Room #7 would have been perfect if it had enough water pressure to flush the toilet. The buffet breakfast is just what you'd expect, the usual cooked perfection, hot coffee, and ask for a bowl of oatmeal or porridge made with water not milk. At reception, Marta and... More

Perfect location! Close to the South Kensington tube station, shops and restaurants without Oxford Streets tourists. Nice and cosy area. The hotel was nicely decorated, room was comfy and at Tanya's Cafe I enjoyed delicious vegetarian meals. Will be back!

Stayed here when we visited London for Wimbledon. Location of the hotel is great, Rooms were very small but comfortable and the cafe was excellent. Its also in walking distance of South Kensington and the Kings Road. Only issue was the Wifi was very slow.

Great for what we needed visiting friends for the night. My American friend was disappointed that she had no ironing facilities in room. Mini bar only had 1 bottle of still water. Room was warm & quiet. Breakfast facilities in hotel were great.

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
