Didn't really feel the need to complain while there as we basically just needed to have somewhere to sleep. Not that it was the best...2 nights. Bed extremely squeaky even turning over. Room relatively clean, walls had weird stains by the pillow, could really do with a freshen up or invest in headboards?? If bed had of been better then... More

Please please please avoid this awful excuse for a hotel.....it is no more than a grotty b&b .....leather ripped of headboards.....blood on walls ....sockets hanging of walls....no duvets .just a sheet to put over us. No room to move in shower so no wonder doors are being left open. We left hotel at 8am on Sunday morning with our teenage... More

Very small room located on the lower ground floor. A bit dirty and really noisy during night and day which made it almost impossible to sleep. Poor breakfast. Not to be recommended even with the great location.

In summary A terrible hotel, the worst I have stayed in London! The shower heads were full of lime scale, potentially a health concern causing legionnaires. Shower leaks and is a hazard. Stains were all on the bed sheets. We complained and were threatened we would have to pay damages. Having used to check the health and safety of hotels... More

Thank you for your feedback. We have already replied to guests that they were using the shower with the doors opened causing the bathroom floor to flood and water to get through to the floor bellow. The hotel is audited on Health & Safety by an external Company and are quite experienced in issues relating to health and safety. It... More

Room was clean enough, everything worked I think. However the room got cold on the night and there was only a sheet and two blankets. We did not trust how clean the blankets where but had little choice but to use them on the night because of how cold it was. Still cold with the blankets really. Double bed was... More

Booked a double room for 3 days. The room I was given was small. You could almost touch both walls without moving. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The good points, it was clean, the towels replaced daily and the water was hot.

This hotel is the most disgusting place I've ever looked at,, we paid our money then got our key to the room, I have never seen anything like it in my life, headboards ripped, tea stains everywhere, grease and dirt on the walls, all electrical good were plugged into extension leads, the beds were like camping beds, and very small,...
