Paddington is a great location to stay as the Heathrow express gets you straight there and the Paddington underground is on two of the major lines for the city. For accommodation there are a lot of options just outdo the station and the Castleton is...More

Thank you ‘worltouristfamily’ for reviewing our hotel.
The Castleton Hotel is located only a short walk from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express service direct from the airport.
Some of the hotel bedrooms are on the smaller side but they are all well appointed. The...More

I am sorry to read that herbie747 had a less than pleasant stay at our hotel. I always make a habit of investigating complaints and responding to them accordingly. In this case I have to refute some of the claims made by Herbie747.

Parking will be an additional cost but it is well worth it for the convenience. Arrange parking through the hotel either before you arrive or on arrival with the hotel manager. Make sure you walk to Hyde Park (4 minutes from the hotel) and explore the local area. Local pubs for meals are excellent. The Victoria (Rolling Stones Ronnie Woods old drinking spot) is excellent and is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Enjoy London.
