A little bit oldfashioned hotel. We got triple room instead of twin so there was lots of space. Terribly poor shower and tiny sink, no body soap, shampoo, conditioner nor hair dryer. Very basic breakfast. Easy walk to Paddington and Queensway metro station. Suitable for 1-2 nights. Have some earplugs.

Stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised at this very clean, comfortable hotel which was really in the budget prices. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. There are 3 tube stations all within about half a mile walk each. The hotel is in a quieter street so no noise through the night. Well recommended!

My wife and I stayed here in September 2013 (really) and loved it, even with the 5 floor climb to our room. Very charming and the staff are wonderful. Easy walking distance to Paddington Station, Kensington Garden and Palace. Good spot for a long or short stay.

We stayed here for an event at Hyde Park and it was perfectly located for that purpose. There are three underground stations within a 5 minute walk and Hyde Park is also a short stroll away. We didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but we still got a good feel for the customer service. The young lady...

Given that we had paid £80 for B&B in central London for 1 night on a Bank Holiday weekend, I wasn't expecting too much. I was however pleasantly surprised, the room was spacious with a large window, which was essential as it was really hot in London. Despite having the window wide open all night there was little or no...

The Caring Hotel was a great hotel for those on a budget. My husband and I spent 4 nights at the hotel. They were in a great location to access the tube. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a excellent locaton, it was very clean, I loved the breakfast. everything was almost perfect. only one downside no wifi in the bedroom, I had to walk from the third floor to the ground floor to use the wifi, apart from that it was excellent.

The room for a single is very small, but adequate. No frills. Breakfast is basic but ok. The only negative is NO LIFT! This hotel was a recommendation from a friend as a perfect one night hop between airports, but no mention of no lift. My booking was for shared toilet, this was OK as it was five steps from...
