Small hotel. Room well fitted, very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast continental with plenty of choice and well presented. Good value for London Decor very smart and new with deep pile carpets.

This is a lovely budget hotel in a good place for central London. Place is spotless. Room was quite small but had everything that was needed. It was continental breakfast which was very good, best cup of coffee I tasted in London.

We were surprised to find that there were bedrooms in the basement, and disappointed to be allocated to one. Even at £116 this was a budget hotel. Not what we liked, but how much do you need to pay in London for a decent room in a hotel? The beds were comfortable, the room small, tea making facilities, TV, and...

Small hotel, located 10 min walk from Victoria Station. Clean and warm but if staying in a front room, very noisy as there is no double glazing. Continental breakfast only available, drinks available in the room.

This hotel was in a great location - 5 minutes walk to Pimlico station and 10 minutes to Victoria station. For the price you can't really fault it! Smallish sized room but you are only there to sleep after sight seeing all day and it served its purpose well! Breakfast included which was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful, I...

It's a nice hotel with friendly staff and the rooms are very clean. BUT they have got perfume dispensers and air fresheners everywhere making the hotel hell if you've got perfume allergy and making the air very heavy and uncomfortable. Perfume isn't good for you and the hotels' guests shouldn't be forced to inhale it. Please use neutral detergent and...

Stayed for 3 nights in a family room 13-16 March. Friendly welcoming and helpful staff complemented the clean and comfortable room in a lovely quiet hotel. 5 minutes walk from Victoria Station so perfect location for exploring central London. Room was a good size, spotless, comfy beds, tea/coffee making facilities replenished daily, hairdryer, tv and great wifi. Great shower in...

I stayed for 2 nights 3 days, had a lovely room, 3 stars, great location, close to the tube, Boris's bikes, the Natural History museum, the Thames and Victoria station. Quiet family room with continental breakfast included, and free wifi.

Couldn't fault it for the price. Clean quiet room, polite friendly staff and a decent breakfast too. Ok the room is very small, and there is no air-con (which means no hums which to us is a real bonus) but the bed was comfy, the shower worked well, no annoying street noise, the reception personnel were helpful and the ambience...

Central London hotels are generally expensive and of variable quality. OK, this is not a five star hotel, but why pay for five star treatment when all that one really needs is somewhere to sleep for the night. My room was just fine, very well presented, the shower was indeed good, breakfast was included, it was amazingly quiet, it is...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
