Stayed here as the location appealed to me. On arrival the room seemed basic but ok as a base. We were a family of 4 staying in a room with 2 double beds. As we entered the room the heat nearly took our breath away....More
The Lancaster Court Hotel is not a real hotel more like a bed and breakfast. Lots of things wrong here. The shower was a try and curtain in the small bedroom, the Wc was so small that to wipe it required you to come out...More
You may think you have stumbled on a great price for a well located hotel - you haven't ! It's an awful hotel, spend some more money and read reviews of hotels in the area.

Two years later I'm still scarred by this dump! We (over)paid for four nights. Non-refundable, so glad we left after one night. Blood stains on my towel, just to name one issue. I absolutely loved London and had the best time there (aside from this nightmare experience), but I have to question if there's any health standards that need to be met. Am I ok to have a chook pen in London and then chuck a used mattress from a murder scene in there and then rent it out (non-refundable) to unexpected tourists?
The only positive I can see about this rat-hole dump was that we didn't end up like the majority of the characters in the movie "Hostel".
