Very well placed for public transport, so we had no problem finding the hotel, nor getting about once there. Our room was basic but clean. The en-suite looked at least 30 years old and the space would have been a challenge for a larger person. The TV was missing its remote but the helpful man on reception soon found one. In...

Good and simple hotel, but with all comforts needed if you spend a short stay in London. I don't know if there is a free wi-fi service (probably yes). Its position is quite close to the center, personally I recommend the bus to reach it. The hotel proposes a free buffet breakfast. I've been there with a friend on holiday,...

The room did not feel clean when we arrived and was in the basement which made it hot. The pictures we saw of it before booking were old and make it look way better than it is. There were ants all over the breakfast when it was served and nothing was done. The breakfast was not very good either. We...

Stayed at the hotel 3 days ago. I discovered that I was covered in bites on Sunday morning. I inspected the sheets and found them covered in black marks which I later discovered is the excrement of the bed bugs! My friend and I both called the hotel to report the bed bugs but have had no response. I spent...

The first thing that hits you about the hotel is the friendliness of all the workers at the hotel...reception, night porter, breakfast staff. They make you feel very much at home. The second thing is the location - easy access to Paddington for tube, buses and the Heathrow express. But also close to Lancaster Gate tube station and buses. Hyde...

Was a nice hotel. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Tiny tiny bathroom but all very clean. Being Canadian I am used to a bigger bathroom but by UK standards it was fine. Was quite a walk from the tube station. Nice clean and safe looking area of London.

I stayed for two days in this hotel, and I wish I didn't. The first let down started when I walked to the reception and was told that my room is in the 5th floor with no elevator (room 15). I refused that room as it was smaller than small and looked like a laundry room improvised in a guest...

We chose this hotel as it is so close to Paddington Station as we were going to Bath the next day. The room was tiny. It smelled foisty. The net curtain was grey and the cushions on the bed looked suspect. The sheet and pillowcase however, were clean. We went down to breakfast the next morning and I could not...

We got room 13 with double and single bed. Double bed was under 2m long, too short for my poor boyfriend. Could hear what neighbours talked about, constant toilet flushing noise, street noise, toilet fan next room sounded like a hoover was on in our room. Slept about 3 hours that night and next day didn't go that well -...
