We booked for one night as it was close to Paddington and Hyde Park. On arrival there was nobody at reception and we were left stood in the corridor for 5 mins until a member of staff arrived. He apologised and showed us to our room. The room was very small and at the front of the hotel; a few...

Fine rooms and very helpful staff. The rooms are small, and especially the bathrooms are tiny, but the rooms are in fine conditions. The breakfast vas kind of strange though, and sometimes it's hard seeing what they where serving.

Friendly little hotel in the heart of London, close to Hyde park and Paddington underground. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are very clean and well kept, mattress and pillows were to firm for us so we woke up very stiff. Breakfast is downstairs in the basement which is the most unusual breakfast I've ever seen with various offering...

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Piccolino! The room and bathroom were very clean, which is something high on my priority list. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, wanting to do anything they could to make sure we had a wonderful stay! It is in a lovely location; just a few blocks from the Paddington Underground and...

It is very clean and had a good Service. Small but nice rooms, but no elevator, so hope you don't have a room on the upper floors or really light luggage. Breakfast with everything you need/want. Just a 5 minutes walk to paddington station and then just a few minutes to the City of london. Many restaurants near the hotel.

Visited Piccolino a couple of weeks ago and was very impressed with my stay. Our room was lovely, everything was extremely clean and the staff were more than helpful. It is also in a great location only a short walk from Hyde park and there is a proper london pub 'The Queen Victoria' just at the end of the road!...

I'm writing this as I sit on the edge of the bed in the basement room of this ridiculously expensive hotel. No wonder tourists feel ripped off!! I suffer from a bad heart so am unable to climb to the only other room offered as that's in the attic. This one looks onto a brick wall and is very uncomfortable...

From terminal 4 heathrow , you can take the express train to paddington (approximately 25mins) . Once you arrived walk out of the station and keep going straight for about 5minutes and you will find the hotel on your right . We were lucky as there are two of us but we were given 3 beds which are enough for...
