This is a nice hotel to stay in London. It has a good location...near metro station and bus station...and if you like walking you can get to Big Ben or Buckingham Palace by foot. The rooms, or at least the one we stayed in, was a little bit small with old furniture, but it was ok for the price we...

My first vacation in London, but surely not the last. Great hotel and staff even more. True, the room is small and there is no elevator, but everything else .... perfect! Warm hospitality. Outstanding staff: nice, efficient, helpful. Central location (bus stop outside the hotel plus close to Victoria Station) Safe and pleasant environment for both day and night. A...

I stayed here for 3 nights with work. The location is great meaning I could walk everywhere, and the room itself was lovely. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, good facilities, and a spotless bathroom with great hot shower. The breakfasts were convenient too as they were fast. I am back here staying tonight, and will hopefully have just as great a...

I spent ages choosing this small hotel within my price range to go with the theatre tickets I'd bought my husband as a surprise Christmas present. I read lots of reviews and chose Luna & Simone based on these, reasonable rates and the promise of a nice breakfast included. We were not disappointed. We got off the train in Victoria...

Peter and Bernard run a lovely establishment. Our room was extremely clean and neat, with a cute balcony overlooking Belgrave Rd. Nice shower, comfortable twin beds, and my must-have ability to make tea or coffee in the room was very nice. Breakfast was speedily served downstairs by either one of the twin brothers, or other friendly staff, and was consistently...

My daughter and I booked this hotel for one night as we had an appointment at a wedding dress boutique nearby. It was a good choice, located in a pleasant street just a short walk from Pimlico tube station. The hotel was extremely good value and provided a limited but tasty cooked breakfast served by a very jolly and helpful...

I've stayed in several hotels on Belgrave Rd, Pimlico, on my visits to London due to its very good location: the distance to many major attractions in walkable, but also the bus and Tube connections are great. Luna &Simone Hotel was definititely the best of these hotels. Sure, the room was quite small as they tend to be in London...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
