Small single room but with good and clean bed. New bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Hairdryer and tv in the room. English breakfast with juice, coffee, tea and milk and little cups of jam, butter, cheese etc. Perfect location in a quiet street near Hyde Park and Paddington underground.

I booked a twin room for 2 nights. The room we were given (102) was at the front of the hotel , despite my request and their confirmation that we would be in a quiet room. Single glazed windows and a busy road outside do not make for a good night's sleep. The room was tiny - it should be...

We spend few days in this hotel, people are nice, breakfast acceptable (eggs scrambled or poched, +/- sausage, bacon, beans, bread, jus, cofee and tea) because of that we give a rate of 3. If you want a good night, choose a hotel with a better walls, they are too thin, you can hear people in the other room to...

We stayed here for two nights, the hotel is 5 mins walk from Picadilly Station and plenty restaurants nearby as well. We stayed in en-suite rooms which were all very clean with equally clean bathrooms. The bathrooms are small but as I said, very clean. There are no lifts and the stairs are fairly steep. The reception is 24 hours...

Great location, five mins from Paddington station, and half a mile from Hyde Park and the Central line. We stayed for two nights in August. If you don't like stairs don't go here. If you're a light sleeper you won't like having a room on the front of the hotel. The big disappointment for us was the "mix up" over...

really needs sound proof windows, blackout curtains and separate mens and ladies toilets! We came back today after going to the games really nice staff run this hotel and are so helpful. Its bedrooms are dated and so are bathrooms but there clean which is what counts.Thank you

Don't be put off by all of the negative reviews on here, it's not as bad as people make out!! It is 5 minutes walk away from Paddington Underground station and 5 minutes walk to Hyde Park, I stayed there for 2 nights start on July with two girl friends - we went to watch Rihanna at Wireless Festival in...

Sometimes I struggle to find a hotel in London within my company’s expense budget, especially at short notice, and this was one such trip. There are good things to say about this hotel. It’s conveniently located between Paddington and Lancaster Gate and it’s clean and respectable (important, so close to Paddington station.) But my welcome was terrible – for some...
