I was placed in a room in the basement next to the public toilet and the breakfast room. The room was tiny, the bed uncomfortable with limited blankets and the shower head badly placed in the shower towards the wall to be able to stand under it. The shower room and the room is decorated to help the room feel...

On arrival for our 5 day business trip we were asked to go to room 208 . We booked a twin room .it has to be the smallest room ever both single beds were actual touching the room was only 7ft wide for 2 adults. The bathroom was covered in mould and the smell also was not to be desired....

Having stayed in quite a few hotels in the Sussex Gardens area, I didn't have very high expectations for this one, which I hadn't been to before. With only a few to choose from, cause not many provide parking space, I booked this one and the first surprise, they actually had parking space. At £ 25,00 per day but that's...

This was possibly the worst experience of a hotel I have ever encountered. First off the hotel is not a hotel, it's a brothel of which you can pay money to encounter the worst night of your life. Me and my partner walked in and found 3 young girls standing behind the reception wear inappropriate clothing and talking a foreign...

My sisters and I have stayed at this hotel annually for a number of years simply because it is close to Paddington station. Close to Hyde park if you want to walk, bus stops are around the corner, pub with good food on the next corner. Small hotel but staff are always polite and friendly. Occurred few problems with the...

Stayed for two nights in September 2016. First impression on entering the reception were good, but it went downhill from there. The room was dirty, blinds in bathroom had mould on them, curtains in main room hanging off the rail. Toilet brush holder (which are relatively cheap to replace) was rusty and the brush itself was not fit for purpose....

First time at this hotel. The reception was very nice and staff ok. Although wasn't told where to go to find my room. I stayed on the third floor which was unlucky as the lift was out of order! When I'm climbed the narrow stairs my room was small, bathroom small and not clean. The sink had something in the...

The hotel room was clean There was air conditioning in the room which was great since the weather was hot in the summer There is a tube station less than 5 minutes walk from the hotel, so you can go everywhere in the city center The bad: Room service wasn't bad and the wifi wasn't free :\

First, the room was really dirty and stuffy, stains on beddings and furniture, but the worst part was a very disappointing experience of mine while booking taxis via reception. I was overcharged by the drivers both times i booked taxi from this hotel. Actually when i complained about it, the driver confessed the hotel asks for a commission for every service and...
