Very comfortable hotel. Super clean. Straight forward breakfast. Booked a single room for an overnight business trip and slept really well. Room was very small but actually perfect for my needs. TV, wifi, lovely receptionist. Have already booked to stay again.

I stayed there for two nights only. Hotel is situated in the end of London zone 1 near the Hyde Park. There are two underground station 10 mins walk which is really good. It is Bayswater which is Circle Line and the second one is Queensway which is placed on Central line. The advantage is that Circle line trains operating...

Rooms are a bit small, clean enough and the staff seems eager to please. Close to Paddington underground and there's a few pubs and restaurants in the vicinity. Quiet place, no problem getting a good night's sleep.

I booked this hotel for my boyfriends birthday trip to London and I was pretty skeptical after reading some reviews! The room is really small but we were out all day and so didn't need much space. The room was clean, well equipped and the shower was fab. I'd definitely stay here again. The location was perfect and if you...

For the first time I faced the situation that the room that I fully paid for one month before arrival was not available. After arriving in the evening to the hotel I was informed that there was some other reservation done in the morning that was more important that my reservation and because of this the hotel can not offer...

I was booked this hotel as a christmas present by my boyfriend, so when I looked it up on here and read some of the reviews I was not very pleased, in fact I was dreading it! I even booked another hotel as a back up but in the end decided to bite the bullet and stay here! Well, fair...

We arrived at your hotel and after dropping our bags off we left to spend the day in London. We then returned to the hotel at approximately 00:15. The first thing we noticed was the smell in the bathroom. We then noticed the sink and shower were filthy. And there was water leaking on the floor. On pulling back the...

Stayed here on business having a conference in one of the nearby large hotels. Half the price of staying there. I had a single tiny room but all clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable and a very good if small shower. Rather strange breakfast in the basement but at £3.50 per head it was perfectly OK. If you just...

This hotel is just a few minutes walk from Paddington station and is easy to find. The room we stayed in was a small triple room but clean and fine for what we required and had an excellent shower. Easy, quick walk to Hyde Park and the hotel stores our luggage when we arrived early and when we checked out...

Just visited this hotel and went not knowing what i was going into given the recent reviews. To be honest quite a good little find for the price. Just round the corner from paddington station and 10 minutes into central london. We had a quad room which was ideal. It is a good base for exploring london and the staff...
