'Booked the hotel via their online system, with £150 deposit, a few weeks later my card is used fraudulently. On arrival I over pay the balance in cash (as I was tired) the manager knew this (he later admitted) but still gladly took the money!. Next day I realised this and so got a 1/2 refund on the overpay (i.e....

Yeah the room was dirty, it had seen better days to be frank - but it was a one night late booking and had the main requirement for sleep....a bed!! I think the rate paid for one night was a bit much considering the room was tiny, but it was single occupancy and adequate for me. Shared WC/Shower room, not...

The location is excellent. The hotel is really close to an underground station (Earls Court) and Earls Court Road has many restaurants and fast food options. The room is really small, but it was not a problem. The bathroom wasn't clean at the time we arrived. We complained but even though it wasn't that clean. The towels weren't very clean...

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, if you even have the decency to call it a hotel. I don't think I honestly have one single good thing to say about this place. I'm certain you can find a bench in a park with better facilities and comfort than this. Firstly when I arrived and...

Firstly, the owners are very kind & approachable, the hotel is very close to Earls Court Station & there is a M&S supermarket on the corner of the street. The room was fairly quiet with the windows facing towards the rear of the hotel. Unfortunately, everything else is bad. The room was a 'double ensuite' the size of a shoebox....

It's the worst hotel I have ever booked. It was a huge mistake and my only advise is to stay very far away of it. Even though the staff was ok, the comfort is 0, facilities 0 and the value for money again, 0. It was not cheap at all, 100 pounds per night is awfully, horribly huge for what...

The rooms are basic but they are clean, comfortable and airy. The staff are amazing, we had problems with our hotel so my husband and his friend went out to find us another hotel and walked into this hotel at 6:30am. They explained the trouble we were having and the manager said he had rooms available for us. We said...

I stayed there one night in a single room with its own bathroom. The size of this room is smaller than any other London hotel rooms in the Earl's Court area that I have stayed in. Open the door and it is the bed. The dresser and the side table are probably from a few centuries ago. The bathroom was...

I was in London on a booze filled stag weekend and still could not tolerate this place. When we arrived there was 2 men sitting on the front step drinking beer, One of the men asked us for money on the way in. When we got to reception we were met by a rude man who made us wait 30...

Rooms are small, service is terrible, and the quoted free wifi does not work and they charge you less if you just turn than if you book through a travel site.
