Don't book here it's terrible. Arrived and received the worst greeting ever. The woman left us standing on the steps for 10 minutes before letting us in. After signing myself, mum and 2 sisters in to her grubby guest book (she wanted our passport numbers, which we didn't have as we are UK residents staying in the UK so didn't...

Staff - the woman I was checked in by (she was too rude to be called anything more polite) was awful. It took her 15-20 mins...

I arrived on the 4th of July 2014, with my sister and daughter for a weekend booked for my daughters birthday. Having had a lovely day London we arrived later afternoon to check in and relax. However not to be, we were initially met with a poor reception aesthetically, however still optimistic. It went down hill from there, the woman...

We stayed six days in this hotel. We had a double room including a own bath. The water of the shower never became hot. After complaining, me was told to use the common shower where the water after five minutes became hot. The basin was so small that it was difficult to wash your hands. The staff was every time...

Excellent location as Earls court tube station was hardly 2 minutes walk from the Hotel. The room was small but the sheets and towels were clean. I stayed a few nights and found the staff friendly and helpful. OK for a budget hotel. :)
