Good location near all the museums and Kensington/Chelsea.staff were pleasant. Room was tiny and poorly maintained, leaking and broken taps and dirty shower, no spoons for drinks, eventually found tv remote under the bed! Bad nights sleep as walls so thin you hear every noise made...More
It was right at the top end of my budget and much more than the accommodation I normally book in London. You can see where the money goes, the room was beautiful.
My only disappointment was breakfast, it was £25 per person. Whilst I am...More
Absolutely appalling. I was travelling with two friends, one male & one female. We had specifically requested a room with 3 single beds. Upon arrival we battled our way through the rabbit warren to a tiny room with a small double bed & a single...More

Good location close to Earls Court Underground. Rooms very small but clean.
Staff were friendly, at least most were.

South Kensington / Earls Court / Kensington and Hyde Park
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming
and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
