Stayed here twice now with another visit booked early April. Ideal for our stay to visit colleges. Each time we have stayed the staff have been more than helpful and friendly. Ali on the front desk is helpful and funny. We have stayed as a family also just mother and daughter. Feeling safe, good buffet breakfast with pleasant staff. Prices...

The location of the Ramada Hotel hits you first - located beside a down at heel retail park and a boarded up restaurant and at the back of a David Lloyd Leisure club this kind of sets you up for what to expect from this particular Hotel. The rooms are roomy enough however they have clearly seen better days with...

We wanted a cheapish hotel in the Finchley area and the Ramada is certainly inexpensive for a chain hotel. It is not near a tube station so, unless you have no luggage, taxis are required which could add to the cost. the room was a decent size although the bed was a bit hard and the linen somewhat worn in...

We stayed here for a weekend break, we managed to find good deal and read mixed reviews. The hotel was dated in terms of deco, but based in a retail park with lots of food and a cinema practically next door. There was a bus stop outside the hotel which was a 5 min journey to the tube station, and...

The staff were lovely, very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great, rooms were a big size. Great location. Good wifi. Very good food. Very very loud live music in the bar on the Saturday night but not really for hotel guests. We wanted a quiet drink but I got a big headache. Saving grace was that I couldn't hear...

We stayed whilst exhibiting at Alexandra Palace and needed enough space in the hotel car park for a van and to be fairly close. This hotel is as others say a little tired but, the rooms are quite large, Kingsize comfortable bed. All the usual facilities in the room, free wifi, breakfast included. Free carpark and big enough for the...

Good location Limited parking on site Great evening meal at the flames restaurant and a sensible price. Rooms ok but need a refurb. Breakfast ok but the plates needed warming as the food goes cold quickly

Good value for a stay in Finchley. Room was clean and comfortable but I found the breakfast cheap scape. Obvious that the management are running the hotel on a shoestring. The bed was clean and comfortable but the room was bare. Basically you get a good nights sleep but if you are expecting a good breakfast you need to be...

The hotel is basically in dire need of a makeover and an update. The reception and restaurant look alright but the corridors and other areas are dirty, the carpets threadbare and it smells musty and un-aired throughout. The room I had definitely smelt of smoke and I am sure people smoke in the rooms and blow the smoke out of...

Thank you for your review and comments. I am sorry you were not entirely happy with the hotel although you do commend the team at the hotel which is pleasing. We are aware of the need to refurbish and are currently working on plans to hopefully tackle the points raised in your posting, this will greatly improve the hotels facilities....

Do not ask for more bacon, sausage or eggs as they ration their quantities, otherwise a standard basic hotel Free parking was good, approx 15mins walk to nearest tube station and staff were always on hand to help
