This is a budget hotel in an ideal location for many attractions. Close to the tube station so it opens up London. As far as the hotel goes it is basic. It's clean and the staff are helpful. If you are visiting London and cost is an issue it is perfectly useful. Don't be put off by other reviews it's...

I thought I got an excellent deal when I booked for this hotel. 3 star ratings in an excellent location with very good price. I was wrong in fact. It is not that this hotel is terrible, but there is nothing special with this hotel. The rooms are quite small and the reception is not the most helpful people around....

The location is good and very near to the Earl's Court Tube Station. However, the hotel needs lots of uplift and maintenance. The bed needs replacement and the staffs are just so-so. Nothing special and not absolutely helpful. I stayed here because of the very reasonable pricing and due to its proximity to the tube station. Other than that, I...

It's cheap compared to London standards. And so is the interior. A bed cramped into a small compartment, a bath where it's hard to turn around, a small shower. It does its job: you have a bed and a bath in London, not far away from City center for not that much money. So I shouldn't complain. It was clean,...

Me and the other half along with another couple stayed for nye. Got charged £400 for a box with 2 beds in it. Staff didnt even speak to us. Room was disgusting and old food and rubbish under the beds, bedding was stained, bathroom smelt like a pig penn. Nothing like the pictures what so ever, was happy when we...

Clean, warm and convenient location right next to Earls Court station. Also close to restaurants. I found this to be a safe and quiet location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room quite small but was fine for our 2 night stay. I am a light sleeper so woke up to a few sounds such as the lift moving up and down...

I spend 3 night at this hotel. It is not a luxury hotel but it is cozy. The receptionist is nice but not very talkative. The housekeeping woke me up the first day even if I didn't put the "clean my room please" but he said he was sorry. The neighborhood is very good a lot of restaurants and earls...

Well, at first we were very happy with the hotel and the room. Very basic but clean and has everything that we wanted/needed. However, after our experience this morning, I would now say DO NOT STOP IN THIS HOTEL! First of all let me just point out that me and fiancé are non smokers. We do not smoke. At all....

Stayed in this hotel with my girlfriend for a couple of days. Was surprised when we first arrived at the hotel to find a note on the door saying "back in 5 minutes". The walk from the tube station, Earl's Court was no longer than a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very average considering the rooms...

Just stayed for one night with family. Though the room was big, it was poorly maintained. The only good thing about this hotel is location (near to tube station and many restaurants nearby). Poor heating system.
