I have been staying at this hotel a lot recently due to work and not only is it a lovely hotel with a great location but the staff have been amazing through this difficult period. It is now the first hotel I look for on when booking my accomodation in London.

Very handy location, lovely and highly efficient staff, bed was huge and extremely comfortable, bathroom was great, OK it’s a bit corporate and characterless and the carpets are hideous, but it’s exactly what I needed / wanted and I’ll stay again

Yes indeed. JerseyFamily2019 has pretty much covered it all. They also took our temperature on arrival.
Agree also that staff are very friendly and helpful.

Yes, I know they have. Make sure you don’t get a room in first or second floor. The traffic was terrible, and I found it hard to sleep. The last nigt we had on the ninth floor, and it was really quiet and nice.

We've not stayed at the Park Plaza Victoria over the Festive Season, but imagine that because the fireworks are in the sky, they would be seen from anywhere in London.
