I liked your hotel. It seems more like a family place. Your staff is very young and extremely accomodating. However they did not seem to be managed well in the restaurant area, or they were short staffed

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and rooms very nice(each room had a personal touch). Moreover, close to the center of London. When visiting London by car, this is the ideal place to stay. Unfortunately, the pub was closed each time we came back from Londen but this was because of the Christmas period. Anyway, I will surely be back!!

Stayed over Christmas for 5 nights. They staff were great! Always friendly and helpful, happy to go out of those way to assist. Room service was great. Only shame was that the nearest train station was closed for Christmas, but the staff helped direct us around to the best way into the city.

Stayed here May 2016 and found the room comfortable and roomy. It was handy to catch bus and easy 2 minute walk to West Ealing station to catch train to Ealing Broadway to get tube train to London. Didn't bother with breakfast as there was a decent cafe on the corner serving £5 breakfasts. Handy to a couple of restaurants...

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful overnight stay at The Drayton. We stayed in a suite called Whisky Galore which had a huge comfortable bed dressed in lovely white linen and a free...

The Drayton was perfect. Great rooms and service. Fantastic restaurant with a wonderful breakfast. Easy access to central London but a still set away from the busy-ness of the city. Near other great areas to explore as well. We loved it.

Room though on the small side was very clean, comfortable, with every need taken care of. Service was excellent and overall a very pleasant experience. I would certainly consider this hotel again when I am in the area. At the price I paid it was excellent value. Well done.
