Room 12 is a must. Kind Hearts and Coronets is a wonderful junior suite that has charm and luxury in one perfect package. There hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with spacious lounge, dining and bar areas and is in a perfect location for rail link to Paddington - three stops.Perfect.

We are tired for airport hotels and wanted a place to be quiet and pampered between flights. This hotel is perfect. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the shower was amazing and the breakfast was stunning. Oh, did I tell you I liked it?

Having been a loyal customer for 12 years I've seen the Drayton slowly deteriorate. We have seen some nice new refurbishments...but the prices and quality of food/atmosphere is at an all time low. Today we went to watch the football (on their poor quality screens) and "enjoy" some snacks - unfortunately this was not the case. The mozzarella sticks were...

Stayed in the 'Hearts and Coronets' junior suite (room 12) for four nights while on business in London. I loved the room which is massive (especially for London) with a very, very comfortable super-king bed (twin beds zip-linked), a feature fireplace and a small fridge, bathroom was also massive with a separate shower, lovely bathtub in the middle of the...

The Drayton Court Hotel is located in a pretty quiet avenue in Ealing. So night time traffic was not a problem. The rooms are nicely decorated with very comfy beds. The duvet was a little light for us so an extra cover/blanket on the end of the beds would be great as we do not like too much heat in...

All the staff were just fabulous, very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely return. The room was perfect for a single person which I was , not so sure if it would be big enough as a double. Loved the atmosphere and the outside area looks fab too.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much. We booked this trip as a birthday gift for my boyfriend who wanted to experience the English Rugby atmosphere during 6 Nations. With some advice from the hotel staff we were able to get tickets for the match England vs France. The stay at the hotel was just wonderful, gorgeous room...

Staff were friendly and helpful, double room was adequate for 1 person but not big enough for two people if more than a nights stay..But all in all a nice inexpensive stay for the money in this area..Yes I would use again

Again early evening on a work day and quite busy. Only one member of staff serving both food and drink. Perhaps the manager should make an appearance now and again, some regular customers here have never seen her. It is really getting beyond a joke at times now

The GM Michelle runs the everyday business of the Hotel, I run the bar, and you see me on a daily basis. I understand that it got busy, but it was unexpected on a rainy Tuesday, I'm sorry you feel let down with your experience, but you will continue to be served in a timely manner. Kind regards, George
