This is such a great Bed & Breakfast! We personally didn't want to stay in the ultra-tiny rooms of the hotels we were finding online in London. Telegraph Hill truly helps you experience life in a London home - not the artificial environment of a hotel. The B & B was super clean, decorated tastefully, had a private and spacious...

Telegraph was a fantastic experience. I was visiting New cross for a exam and Lydia couldn't have been more accommodating. Perfect location- walking distance to all local attractions. Rooms were hotel quality and EXTREMELY clean which was very attractive for a fussy guest. Breakfast was freshly prepared and tasty. Great service, great location, great price. This will not disappoint.

Staying with Lydia and Zack was an absolute pleasure. Located in a beautiful neighbourhood with Telegraph Hill Park nearby. Felt very safe at all times. Be prepared to get a little workout climbing the gradual grade up the street from New Cross Gate. But from close to nearby Brockley station and the convenient Sainsbury's Local grocery store, there is a...

To me the Telegraph Hill B&B feels like slipping into a warm bath when entering the premises. The lady of the house is just great and ever so kind. The accommodation in its entirety simply the best for me in its range. It has a bright and airy ambiance something I appreciate very much. Breakfast can't be better, all fresh...

these guys are wonderful hosts and very accommodating. nothing was too much trouble, they were flexible with our timings and the needs of our 3 year old son. they babysat him while we attended a wedding reception (for a very small extra cost) & were generous in sharing their beautiful garden with us. breakfast was very relaxed but they thoughtfully...

We stayed here for a weekend, and were very happy with the accommodation. Welcoming and comfortable, we stayed in the room upstairs with it's own huge bathroom. Loved the shabby chic style, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit salad with yoghurt, muesli, croissants, jam, honey, bread, and tea, a perfect start to a day...

I stayed at Telegraph Hill B&B whilst on a work trip. It was the opposite of staying in a characterless hotel and probably cost me less! Instead I was treated like a friend, had a delicious breakfast in the family kitchen drinking tea out of artisan cups, and had a beautiful room with high victorian ceilings, indian throws and huge...

We stayed in the self contained apartment as a family of three, it was a great size, really comfortable and well supplied with everything we needed to make our own meals. The overall feel was very warm and cosy yet stylish, with lovely touches such as the patchwork blanket on the sofa and antique lace curtains that made being there...

This place is unique! Forget the typical b and b, this is something else entirely. What service.! Firstly, I got lost, and ended up walking past it, to the top of the hill. Lydia jumped in the car and picked me up: good start! The house is a family home, no formality at all, just a warm welcome. The guest...
