Upon arrival I was greeted by good pleasant reception staff, helpful, no complaints there my room. However, leak from. Ceiling, carpet wet, electric dangling from ceiling, I'm in a family room. Which can only be examined to look like a youth hostel. Hate shower curtain, although it serves its purpose.

I can't begin to say how horrible my room was! I checked out within 15 minutes of seeing my room! TV broken and dirty, no AC, no WIFI, dirty drinking glass, you to pay to use their computer, broken window and handle, broken night stand, no dresser, exposed wires...I could go on. Stay away! I wish I could leave 0...

Bad experience, No hot water. No Lift. No service. You need to carry your luggage on stairs. Rooms are not good. Worst than Motel. Not Worth to spend your valuable Money. They don't service properly and argue for not having manpower. Top of that they charge for Luggage to keep with reception. They won't bother about customers and service they...

The location of this hotel is it's only plus. It's directly opposite the gorgeous Hyde Park, and only a short distance to the tube. Our experience here wasn't the best, we paid for breakfasts and after reminding the staff three times that we would be leaving early in the morning (and being assured breakfast would be prepared) we were forgotten....

The hotel is located next to Hyde Park, so I'd strongly recommend taking a soothing walk through this marvellous park before having to deal with the, well, peculiar receptionist upon checking in. If you talk to him while he is about 3 feet away, he may not answer and simply ignore you until he feels like stooping to speaking with...

It was truly awful. For £55, we weren't expecting much, but it was even worse than expected. My bed had insects and hair on it. The room itself was dirty. The worst part was checking in. They refused card payment, and insisted on cash. We had £60 on us (hadn't withdrawn money yet), and they complaint that we didn't have...

It was good to find. Close to an Underground station... but that's the same with almost every hotel in London. Receptionist could hardly speak English. The card maschine didn't work, so we had to get cash from nearby. The floor makes sounds with every step you make. The carpet was disgusting, full of stains. The bed was probably 160cm. We...

Staff have a hostile attitude to guests, been asked over and over again who I am, who I'm with, what's my room number etc etc in an interrogating disrespectful manner. No hot water for shower, disgusting carpet and bad air in room.

We had a nasty room in the basement with no fresh air, dirty beds, dirty bathroom, no hot showers. We booked via internet (trivago / amoma) and paid extra for a continental breakfast. The continental breakfast was non-existent, personal said they'd never heard of it....
