First time staying. Went to a gig at the o2, easy to get to from here. Food and drink was lovely, plus 25% off both if you stay!! Very welcoming staff upon return, though Sam was MVP. Would love to stay again! X

Hostel was very far, but at the same time easy to get to London. Very loud downstairs at the bar, making it difficult to sleep. Atmosphere upstairs in the room was different than most hostels. Lots of business travelers. Will be sleeping somewhere else next time.

I stayed here for around two months (on and off) after getting a promotion at a nearby company and waiting for my house to be ready. I was initially attracted by the very reasonable price, but the staff really made this. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful, and want to get to know you as a person, which...

Quite a way out of London, but well located right next to a station. Our room had two older people that were clearly living there they had their stuff set up around the place and were either in bed or the 'chill out room' all day. Which was dirty and not a nice place to chill out. The bar is...

Very grateful the treatment I had in my stay and above all by the staff staff very good people and attentive to all kinds of needs. The facilities are good and the breakfast is quite complete. Good to meet people and socialize easily. I recommend it to stay for both price and experience. The best girl of the staff that...

Had a great night with music and dancing till the early hours of the morning. A must try Sunday roast which was well within my budget. Staff were extremely helpful directing us to Greenwich park and all the surrounding attractions.

When I came in at 1:45 am, the pub downstairs was already closing, but within minutes the bartender had found someone to check me in and I was on my way to bed. In the morning at breakfast the service was great and my server was very patient with my sleepy questions. The room I stayed in was clean, there...

The staff was lovely. I stayed in an 8 female dorm. First time in a hostel and I wasn't disappointed. It was comfortable. Just above a pub but I still slept through the music! There are EU/UK sockets as well as individual lights next to each bed. Access to the rooms is secure. I would definitely come back. Free buffet...

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
