Realy DIRTY , old and the stuff was rude. It should be closed. They don't give you your room when you arrive if it's not 14.30 even if it'w empty and you have to check out at 10.30 . If you ask to leave your suitcases for 1-2 hours the charge you 2.5p per suitcase...

Yes it's cheap but not even the rough sleepers of Pimlico and Victoria would choose to stay in this filthy unwelcoming so called hotel. The location is good as it's so close to Victoria rail/coach station and a few minutes walk into the city of Westminster. I didn't dare stay for a breakfast as I value my health. Stay here...

I read many reviews on here and thought it couldn't be THAT bad surely? Yes it's a low price, so I wasn't expecting a fantastic hotel but... Well... This was something else! The greeting was received was just a 'hello' and 'give us your money'. They charged my card for the amount, and then took the amount by cash also....

So a friend and I booked into this hotel just for an overnight stay firstly I really can't fault the staff the guy that checked us in was great nice and friendly and helpful... now normally when I'm doing a one nighter I normally don't care much about the hotel as it's just that one night only gonna sleep there...

It is close to where I work and was cheap. The receptionist was blunt and uninterested. The room in the basement was small grubby and unwelcoming. I appreciate you don't expect the highs of luxury for a low price, but you do expect a basic level of cleanliness and care. It didn't have either. I didn't sleep a wink as...

Location: Good as it is close to London Victoria coach and train stations Room: Had a ground floor room. The door looked like something found at a junk yard. The walls were in need of everything (patching, painting etc.) The carpet was deplorable and in need of removal. The beds were well worn (felt like I was staying in a...

TINY room in the basement with a double bed taking up nearly all the space, and taking up more floor space was an electric radiator which was necessary because the one built into the wall was not heated at all and the room was drafty. Could have been cleaner. The bathroom was also super small, the free breakfast is cereal...

The hotel was awful and covered by a horrible smell. Everything was dirty even the walls. We checked in at 14:00 o clock and they asked as to check out at 10:30 in the morning. What for?? When we checked out the recepsionist didn't even say thank you! I am glad we stayed there only for a night! Too busy...

This place needs to be avoided at all costs, I never got to stay in the end as when I rung to make a booking the OWNER claimed he couldnt take my booking due to a guide dog and when he was informed that it is against the law to refuse guide dogs he laughed in my face and said...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
