I stayed at this hotel last night whilst in London for a concert, and was very happy to have found such a clean and quiet hotel for £60 including breakfast. I was a bit worried about having to share bathroom facilities,as this was the only type of room available when I booked, but I needn't have worried, the bathroom area...

This was my fifth stay in this hotel and I wasn't as much impressed as I was the other stays. My last stay was at the end of 2006. The quality of the staff has certainly gone down. We where welcommed by a very bad English speaking gentleman. (okey English is not my first language either) but in that kind...

You are absolutely correct, the quality of its staff can make or break a hotel. We are sorry you found the reception staff wanting on your last visit. This is a very rare complaint. By way of explanation, we have recently lost 4 of our long term staff to maternity leave and motherhood and have been training existing room attendants...

It was the second time I visited London and this hotel was far better than the other one I stayed for a similar price a few years ago. However, I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I know that London is very expensive compared to other European cities so it is hard to find a good hotel for GBP 100...

This hotel is about 3 blocks from the Russel Square tube station which has only about 8 steps to manage with suitcases. A reasonable solution to getting from Heathrow to the Euro Hotel which can cut costs considerably if you are willing to deal with the tube. The hotel has no elevators but for the price, a small drawback in...

A great small hotel in a quiet, convenient spot close to Underground with quick access to main attractions. Clean rooms and good breakfast - friendly staff. Good price for London. Would stay again and recommend.

Very conveniently situated hotel, within walking distance of the shops and theatre district. Good value for money, comfortable rooms and a tasty full english breakfast. Would have rated it excellent had it had a lift. Would definately stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.

This is a very sensible hotel. Simply, not too small rather clean rooms, comfortable beds and working plumbing. The price was relatively good being London. We had to wait for breakfast as there were no free tables, but once it arrived it was very good. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Good price / quality hotel in a very nice area in London. Excellent breakfast, nice hotel personnel, clean room at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a weekend trip or short stay. Close to St Pancras station and Euston Underground / Bus station.
