I had booked an early check in of 12 o'clock and arrived earlier than that to discover my room already ready for me. A fast check in meant I was able to freshen up and change before heading out again. The room was basic but suited my requirements perfectly. There was a shared bathroom/shower which consisted of 2 toilets, 1...

I have stayed at The Euro Hotel in Cartwright Gardens five times now over the last nine years. I keep returning for all the reasons mentioned in my previous reviews and, after my recent visit, found that the quality of the hotel has not diminished over the years. The Euro Hotel continues to have many strengths, one of them being...

This was my first-ever trip to the UK and the Euro was recommended by friends. From booking to departure, my experience was easy, pleasant and professional. We arrived early and were able to check in. I had asked for a first-floor room and they were very accommodating. The room was perfect for a single person - bed comfortable, big room,...

Had three nights at the Euro Hotel, very comfortable, clean and great service. The breakfast was excellent with very attentive staff. We had a room at the back on the second floor, and this was very quiet. Good WiFi in the room and good tea and coffee facilities. I would certainly stay there again on my next visit to London as...

We have stayed in the Cartwright Circle of hotels many times This time we decided to try the Euro. Very clean but basic accomodation. Unfortunately we were on the third floor and had to carry four suitcases up four flights of stairs. My husband nearly had a heart attack, jokingly though, we never want to do that again.Ask for a...

We are sorry that we did not on this occasion meet your expectations. We would ask any guest to ask for assistance if they have heavy bags as our resident handyman is only to happy to assist.

Arrived late and left early but the but in between i.e. the hotel was most satisfactory. The room was a reasonable size, for London. It's a shame the sink was in the bedroom as there wasn't space in the bathroom. The check in was fine. The cooked breakfast adequate. Plenty of staff and very efficient. Slightly dearer than we would...

I was in london for a course. I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a total of £440 incl breakfast in a single room. The service was great, the kettle in my room had slimey limescale wich i pointed out on my first stay and it was promptly fixed. The breakfast is freshly cooked lots of choice and...

Thank you for your review. We hope that when you next visit London you honour us with your presence. We clean the kettles in the rooms very regularly but London's water has a heavy calcium content which leaves limescale. This is not dangerous when drinking in any way.

Spent two nights here recently on the recommendation of a friend. Arrived into Euston so very convenient. At the other end of Cartwright Gardens are decent pubs and cafes, and the walk to Covent Garden takes 20 minutes, so you can enjoy all the offerings in between. Lovely staff, good breakfast, room was clean and the shower worked well. Minor...

I'd stayed here 5 years ago and was pleased to find it as friendly and comfortable as I remembered. The location is unbeatable - short walk to St Pancras, Russell square or Euston tube stops, close to the British Museum, a few minutes walk to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants (including the delicious Carluccio's), second-hand bookshops, laundromat.... and it's quiet and overlooks...
