I stayed at the ESH for 4 nights in late November 2016 while in London on business. The rooms are small (as you would expect with a London hotel) but perfectly formed. The most outstanding feature for me was the standard of their team whether it be the housekeeping staff (when I had to pop back unexpectedly to pick something...

The hotel interior was very nice and the staff were very friendy and helpful, we left our luggage with the reception and when we returned several hours later the luggage was already in our room which was a nice touch. We didn't eat or drink in the hotel so can't comment on that side of things. The rooms were small,...

This hotel is an old town house near Victoria, extensively re-furbished. Although well-situated, a few moments away from the station, it has strange features, and in my view tries too hard to be tendy, and not at the same time offering functionality. So as an example, the rooms are very small, with barely enough space to walk around the bed....

Small, elegant with great staff. The rooms are sleek, modern, comfortable, and quiet. Great location. Just a short walk to Victoria Station. Good choice of restaurants in the area and shopping. I have stayed at many top tier hotels throughout the world and absolutely loved this boutique hotel. I cannot rave enough about the staff. Willingly helpful and always able...

The rooms are very small, but very good equipped with everything you may need. I got a room with a small but cute court yard. The bathroom is little tiny but the shower is very spoiling with all kinds of accessories and good toiletries. The major downside is the location. It 10 min unfriendly walk the Victoria station. And the...

"Compact and bijou" - very easy access to Victoria, but in a classic London Square so feels quiet and refined. Rooms are small but very well appointed - more tech than I've seen anywhere, including use of a Samsung phone. Olivia on reception was great - friendly, engaged and a real people person - very rare!

My room was lovely and I really enjoyed all the high tech elements. The staff is very nice and helpful, the bed was very comfortable and I really loved the shower. Please note that the rooms in this hotel are small and tight. I didn't mind this personally as I'd rather have a larger bed than a larger room, but...

Lovely discovery!!!. Not only are the rooms impeccable, super clean, very high tech, and quiet but what is most special is the treatment you receive from every staff member from the porters to the concierge to the night staff. You feel you are pampered and taken care of in a very special way. Super recommend and will certainly go back...

Popped into this hotel, to explain that we were staying in their part of the world already, however their hotel was nearer our daughters flat for visiting. I asked them how much any of their bedrooms would be for a three night stay anther time. Couldn't give me any prices at all, as they said it depended on availability etc...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
