Staff wonderful. Black out curtains, really quiet in lovely London residential square all of which gives you a wonderful undisturbed sleep. Room fittings are of the highest quality, but there isn't room to swing a cat. No chair. No table. Short of hanging space. OK for one person for one night. Two people for 4 nights - no. For this...

Stayed for 3 nights. Had asked for an upper floor room in advance and we were given a top floor (5th) king which was adequate although quite small - circulation within the room and bathroom was partly restricted by being built into the eaves and the shower cubicle was tiny. But certainly a nice view out over the rooftops to...

I stayed at the Eccleston Squre Hotel for three nights on a business trip to London. The hotel is located in a friendly, clean and quite neibourhood in close walking distance to the Victory station in central London. My room was large and very clean and the personal extremely friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone,...

Booked this hotel for an anniversary weekend in London Reviews looked good so I booked a garden room because of the inviting photos. Check-in went smoothly and they showed us to our room. That's when every went down hill. instead of the bright airy room in the photos we were led downstairs into a dark dingy tiny room which was...

Hotel is situated on a calm, quiet side street in a tiny section of Row type houses. A few houses down from a historical home of Winston Churchill. About a 10 min walk to Victoria Station. No one meets you at the curb to help with bags. You have to up a flight of stairs. Front desk is friendly and...

I stayed here for one night after a long journey as it was very close to Victoria Station - a fabulous boutique hotel a couple of minutes walk away! The room was quite small, however, not a complaint as it was only for a short stay, could have been a problem if it was for a long stay. The room...

The room was very high-tech. Everything is controlled through touch-screens. You can even order room-service from an iPad, which I found convenient. The room was also very clean, which I appreciate very much, and the staff really lovely. As for the location, it's ideal, 10 minutes walk from Victoria station. The only downside I could find is that the room...

We only stayed here because it came up on Secret Deals. The staff were lovely but the room (a deluxe double!) was the size of a shoe box. I mean tiny. No where to out our case without blocking the path to the bathroom. hardly anywhere to put clothes and no surfaces to put anything down. But the reason we...

A small hotel very close to Victoria station and 15 minutes walk from Buckinham Palace. The hotel is nice - looking, clean, and staff is very helpful. The rooms was small but sufficient for us. Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
