HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

It goes without saying that the location of this hotel is perfect. For those who are traveling to London for the first time: you are on Trafalgar Square 2 minutes away from the gallery, 5 minutes walk to Westminster, about 10 minutes to Buckingham palace, 15-20 min to Piccadilly Circus, very close to some theatres. Service in rooms is amazing....

Great and helpful staff. Clean room and most importantly; a great location. Not inexpensive but worth the money. They offered us free water and fruit as well as wifi. A nice bar awaits as you enter the Trafalgar but lobby of any sorts is nonexistent.

Disappointing breakfast, dated decor and furniture in the bedroom and bathroom and poor communication about the use of the rooftop bar. Not what we expect from a Hilton. Even though the roof top bar and view are listed as a feature of the hotel this was shut and we weren't made aware until we arrived. Overall disappointing stay and service.

Stayed for 1 night to go sight seeing and see a show for husbands 50th. The hotel left a surprise birthday cake in our room which was really nice of them. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good with plenty to choose from. The hotel checked us in early so we could go off and looked after...

The hotel is in a superb location. The staff were helpful and the rooms are a really good size. Can't fault it. Despite the central location was not disturbed by the hussle outside and the sound proofing is excellent.

Excellent service, comfortable rooms with a great location in the center of London. Close to the metro and a diverse range of restaurants. The roof top bar is perfectly for relaxing after a day of touring.

Opted last minute to stay here given a meeting that had being brought forward a.m. Not easy to book on line and upgrade (not the hotels fault). Room was large and very comfortable and staff where amazing. Will stay here again on a personal theatre trip.

The Trafalgar is situated in Trafalgar Square and easy access can be had to all London attractions. Contemporary and comfortable rooms. Would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a central London location and prepared to pay a little extra for this.

Value for money. My room was clean and well equipped, with free tea/coffee and biscuits. The breakfast buffet had a great variety with fresh made egg dishes. the hotel has the perfect central location.

Staying in St. James's

Neighbourhood Profile
St. James's
Perennially fashionable since the days of Henry VIII, the aristocratic “Clubland” of St James's is a premier destination for high end craft and bespoke design. Here you’ll lose count of the Royal Warrants (which indicate that the Royal Family patronizes the establishment) seen in shop front windows, even during a short stroll to bordering Green Park or St James’s Park. With the brightly lit and constantly buzzing junction of Piccadilly Circus at its northeast corner and none of Central London too far away, this is an surprisingly central and accessible part of town, especially given its prosperous demeanor.
