I am a repeat visitor to the hotel because its location and price when booking with hotel exclusives is good value. But on this occasion we were placed in a much smaller room on the second floor. It was clean and house keeping did a good job; but the room was more travel lodge than Grange tower. Breakfast was cold...

Stayed her for one night November 2015 on a Theatre break. Lovely hotel, swift check in with friendly staff. Room was superb, clean spacious and comfortable. Bathroom had separate shower and illuminated make up mirror. Toiletries were good quality and replaced by the turn down service. Breakfast lovely, eat as much as you like, ideal if you don't want to...

Had a great weekend in London, after finding a good deal for this hotel. The quality of the hotel especially the bed, furniture and bathroom were definitely 5 star and except for the pillars the whole room was top drawer, including the view of Tower Bridge and the Gherkin from our room. Lifts are super fast with glass to inside...

We had a wonderful long weekend at this hotel. The room was really wonderful. One wall was all window with great views. Probably the most comfortable bed ever and a great bathroom. No complaints at all. Nip down to St Catherine's Dock for plenty bars and restaurants and an easy walk to all the attractions. Underground nearby too. PS Spa...

We booked this hotel for one night at the end of a holiday and it was a great choice. Check in and check out were seamless, the room was spotless and modern. We didn't have time to use the pool facilities but they looked great! Would definitely stay here again. It's about 5 mins walk from Tower Hill tube station.

I had a very nice time at this hotel but I do have a few tips... It's a very nice hotel. All staff are very well trained and customer focused. I paid for a room upgrade and slept well. Rooms on the 10th floor are warm and very comfortable. I loved having a bathtub with separate shower cubicle. I loved...

This hotel is definitely a nice place to stay! The room was nice and clean as expected and the room service was quick. The only thing I would say is it needs more options for food if you are feeling like a midnight snack other than I enjoyed my stay.

Visit the hotel website and you can see how comfortable and elegant this place is. It is located conveniently and offers everything to satisfy the most demanding guest. The staff are really kind and helpful. I only regret my stay was too short.

We experienced lots of confusion with the Front desk and many mishaps. I had made a booking with cost me GBP 240 (taxes included), but not breakfast. Later on a friend of mine decided to join me and she booked an extra night - and she only had to pay GBP 147 - incl taxes and breakfast. Whereas I didn't...

Staying in Whitechapel

Neighbourhood Profile
Whitechapel
Whether you're here for its dynamic street life, world class galleries or famed curry houses, you're bound to be wowed by the uniquely cosmopolitan flavor of Whitechapel. Long gone are the days when Jack the Ripper stalked its streets. And despite his mysterious legacy bringing throngs of curiosity driven tour groups to its back alleys and otherwise serene garden squares, these days you're more likely to catch a cutting edge fashionista scurrying through its age old lanes than criminals of any sort.
