Lovely intimate hotel, public areas an old fashioned treat.Room was clean and comfy. Staff were exceptional, fantastic customer service. Perfectly cooked breakfast. Pricey wifi and £15 for an ice bucket and glasses are all that stop me giving it full marks.

I stayed here for one night. I booked online and the price was competitive. As traveling alone I requested a single room. The room size was adequate for the solo traveler and offered all the usual things as in a safe, tv, tea and coffee making facilities and ironing board. The public areas were good and looked as if they...

Ideally located for Theatreland, this is a really nice welcoming hotel with all the amenities you would require for a weekend break ... Minutes from Oxford Street and surrounding areas. Easy access to the underground. Our room was clean and tidy, staff very friendly ... overall a nice experience.

This hotel is situated as good as it can be with walking distance to most, all, attractions around London. Nice and comfortable rooms in classic style and not too expensive considering where it is situated. Good breakfast, staff on the upper side of service level.

Good location - 3 minute walk from Goodge Street. Stayed in a standard double room, had a bath, tea and coffee making facilities, comfy bed! Reception were very friendly and happy to guide around London. Did not eat in the restaurant but plenty of places to get food around hotel. Would recommend, wasn't too expensive either.

We love visiting the Rathbone Hotel at Christmas as it is located centrally close to all attractions, Oxford Street, etc and the surrounding streets are full of many restaurants of all kind. The hotel staff are always friendly and helpful and there is a big Christmas tree in the lounge/foyer which is good for a photo opportunity. The hotel is...

A very friendly and pleasant hotel to stay. The staff could not do enough for us and although the building is fairly old and the decor a little dated with dark wood everywhere, the room was clean, comfortable and had almost everything you could want. Excellent value for money when booked as a theatre deal as we wouldn't have paid...

Good price on booking.com but would never have paid the £300 that the hotel wanted for our very small junior double room. Very posh but thats about it. Location great for our short walk to restaurants and theatre and the pub opposite has everything
