Hotel is lovely although we stayed on basement and there were renovations going on. The water does not seem clean to drink. Apart from that, the wifi works well and the room is lovely. It is cosy for two and the room service is prompt....More

Hello ongaiweig, thank you for the warm review, we are having a bit of a spruce up to lighten and brighten for the summer. The water in the Hotel is quite safe, we drink a load of it. Hope to see you back soon.

Nice hotel in a good location. 2 minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station. Our executive room was small but well appointed. Breakfast was a little chaotic the first day (ran out of breakfast items & cups) but 2nd day was perfect. You can walk...More

A very poor stay, ended up buying a second room as the twin booked was in the basement next to noisy fans and tiny despite being over £120 a night. So it cost over £270 for a one night stay, reception area nice, however it...More

superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely

No balconies. Yes, a keycard is required to operate the elevator. Awful hotel, probably the worst I have ever stayed in in London. Steer Clear.
