Great location for Oxford St shopping. Quiet street. Plenty of restaurants etc in surrounding streets. Room reasonable but in need of redecoration. Stayed on first floor at front which had some noise from flag poles and quite upsetting noise from room next door at 3am! Can't blame hotel for clientele activities! Breakfast very expensive. Staff friendly. Would stay again for...

Dear WhereNextl, Pleased that you liked our location on a quiet street just behind Oxford Street. Sorry that there was noise from the room next door in the early hours. Just so you are aware we do sell breakfast advance vouchers on check-in for £12.00 per person which is much lower than if you just walk into our restaurant in...

My partner and I stayed here 13 March 2015, as we were going to Comic Relief at the Palladium that evening. The hotel, staff, and room were very well presented. We have no complaints about any. If you ask for the 'meal deal' then dinner and breakfast are charged at a lower rate, than just arriving at the resturant. The...

This is my second stay at this hotel. We stayed in a twin room which was very comfortable. The amenities of hair dryer, iron, were readily available in the room...which sometimes isn't the case. The hotel is very convenient to shopping districts as well as picking up the tourist bus tours. The staff was super helpful in all requests and...

We first stayed here over 25 years ago when it was still an independent called 'The Londoner' and wanted to return as we were now travelling with our two adult nippers. It didn't disappoint, it is showing a bit of wear but nothing too serious. The staff were all very good, polite and very efficient. The staff on the breakfast...

Good location near Oxford street. Closest underground is Bond Street Station. Welbeck street is a quiet street. Good sized family rooms. Walls are thin. Overall a good stay and ideal for Oxford street. Free Wifi for IHG Rewards Club guests.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
