I was really looking forward to staying at the Knightsbridge Hotel, but I have to say that I was very disappointed. The room was very cold and the so called heating was very ineffective at heating the room. We had to ask for extra blankets to keep us warm. We ordered a taxi but when we arrived in reception at...

We have stayed at The Covent Garden Hotel for years and fancied a change but still within the Firmdale Group as we love the décor, style, service etc so booked into The Knightsbridge... Great location, lovely staff, lovely rooms but it is just way too small. One tiny lift serving 6 floors used by guests and staff. Bar come Dining...

We love Firmdale Hotels for the Kit Kemp style and are working our way around them. This was the 3rd in the series. It doesn't disappoint in delivering a funky, contemporary, and comfortable room. In fact I liked the style of this room above other Firmdale hotels. The location is fantastic for Knightsbridge, a stones throw from Harrods and within...

This hotel was a very pleasent surprise to us. In a beautiful and quiet street, two blocks away from Harrods, with very warm wellcoming staff. Decoration was superb with an exquisite taste. The rooms were very small !!! As are so many hotels in Europe. We would love to go back!

This was a surprise birthday getaway that was just so perfect! From the moment we arrived the staff were so caring and helpful. Service was friendly and efficient, no waiting around at all. We were shown to our room which was like a little haven. I believe we stayed in a junior suite and it was gorgeous. Lovey big bed,...

...but didn't start that way. My wife and I booked a sister property to Knightsbridge in Kensington (Number 16) and after we booked we learned that they overbooked us. The service that ensued was beyond, as the re route to their sister property was met with an upgrade and incredible effort to make good on the mishap. 5 star service...

I've been to many afternoon teas in various locations around London and I was very conscious of booking somewhere that had a more traditional feel, with a dessert selection that was familiar consisting of edible cakes/sweets, rather than the fancy desserts that are too sweet, that you get at some of the more well know hotels. Prior to our booking,...

First time we have stayed at the Knightsbridge and it is a lovely hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac off Knightsbridge. Staff excellent and friendly. Would recommend and we will certainly be...

This hotel is in an excellent location, on a quintessentially London street. The decor is superb and the comfort of the bed could not have been better.
