Don't know why this hotel is getting bad reviews. It may not be state of the art but it's a lovely hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful. It's a minutes walk to the tube and cafes, shops and restaurants. Portabello market just right...More

If you book this hotel using any book now pay later be warned this hotel doesn't care it will take all the money instantly. Phoned the hotel to ask them why this happened was told this is what they do and only the manager could...More

We charge guest who book at the hotel strictly according to the written terms and conditions that you agreed to at the time you booked the room.
We offer reservations at different price points with different terms for cancellations or modifications.
Better than two star, but not quite three star. Good value for the price. Although breakfast isn't included, tea and coffee making facilities are in the lounge for use any time. Carpet hadn't been cleaned very well
