Entered into the grand entrance of a former ballroom and it was beautiful.

Brought up to a room which was highly kitted out. Lovely heavy drapes and heavy furnishings which made it feel very regal.

I had a good nights sleep and I liked the hotel.

We are staying with our baby and want to catch up with friends in the evening after we've put baby to bed. Is there a room near the bar which might be close enough for our baby monitor to work? Or do you offer a babysitting service?
Dear rachael_c First of all thank you very much for choosing to stay with us on your next visit to London. Regarding the babysitting services, I have sent a message via Trip Advisor for your attention. Kind Regards Burak Furtun Rooms Division Manager

Does this hotel have a "left luggage" room? If so, what is the latest time you can collect it?
Yes it does and not sure what time it's open till, I would have thought no time limit as they didn't say there was when we left ours on check out , we didn't collect ours till after 6pm , and there's no charge , unlike a hotel we used in New York last summer .

We are planning a trip to London for a couple of days in March. This will be the last leg of our trip from New York and will be flying back after our trip to London. We will have a car and I have heard a lot of stories about parking in London, I see a question was answered about the fact there is a parking lot near the hotel I am curious as to the price of that. What is a congestion charge ?
we parked at the Bloomsbury square secure car park. about 10 mins walk from the hotel. It was about £30 a night. As we were there over the weekend I can't advise on congestion charge sorry

Is breakfast included?
If you do pay for breakfast. We didn't have breakfast included, as I think that is overrated in London. Just in 50m there is a cofee Nero that we got our daily breakfast
